I have worked in the insurance claim industry as a licensed Florida all lines public adjuster for over 11 years. My time in the insurance claim industry has given me extensive knowledge in both the building and claim portions of the industry. Apart from holding the all lines 3-20 Florida Public Adjuster license, I also hold Normi certifications in both mold assessment and remediation, IICRC water restoration licenses, and am Xactimate certified. I have assisted thousands of policyholders in a wide array of types of insurance claims both for residential properties and commercial buildings. Extensive knowledge and experience has allowed me to assist my clients during the claim process, attend mediation, handle claim appraisals, and even serve as a credible witness at trial. My knowledge in the different aspects of the claim process allows me to protect my clients' interests and guide them on the proper way to handle their insurance claims.
